The Orca, dies after all. The moment of death is not show in the movie but you can see that after it kills the captain the wounded whale swims away under thick ice at last ready to die in piece after avenging its family.

Good movie, the effects are not so great but you can feel the atmosphere from the picture, these animals are smart and I bet that they can feel something like that when it happens.

To be honest I thought this movie was kind of sad. The guy wasn't a bad guy he just accidently caught the wrong whale and it tried to kill itself. He just wanted to settle the scores with the whale. In a way I think they should have Both died together so that way they could have been with both there families.

Triste, doloroso, desgarrador...cada vez igual y esa música que acentúa un vacío de un ..y ahora qué?...deep and painful...nothing else to say ...nothing else to do...no bill to collect , no bill to pay.

Una de mis peliculas predilectas sobre todo el final. Me marco de chico muchisimo. La vi tantas veces que me la se de memoria. Con esta peli se aprende que las cosas saldadas al final traen paz. La orca al final saldo cuentas. Tan maravillosa, hermosa, inteligente, dosil, amigable e impredecible, capaz de asesinar al Gran Tiburon Blanco, centro de temores y miedos del ser humano. La Orca sin lugar a dudas esta entre mis animales salvajes preferidos al lado de El Lobo. Recomiendo esta Pelicula !!
