BJsRealm, just out of curiosity how do you the BBC will recommission a third series? Have you heard anything officially? I'm in the States so I don't know how show pick-ups work in the UK. Thanks in advance.

Because producer Johnny Capps said at the London Expo Merlin panel in October that a third series is almost 100% commissioned. :)

Last year the BBC announced the commission of series 2 in December, so it's quite likely that they'll wait until December 2009 to announce the commission of series 3.

Well, as long as the BBC hasn't made an official announcement he won't be allowed to give a 100% guarantee, I guess. But what he said (and how he said it) sounded, as if it's 100% sure. :)

A third series is more or less commissioned but not officially announced by the BBC yet.

If it goes according to the producers wishes/plans, there'll be 5 series in total.

The episode hasn't aired yet, it airs on Saturday.

I'll upload clips to the channel but not the complete episode. But if you google for the episode on Sunday you should find a million links to places where you can watch it online. ;)

Thanks for the reply! Its just that I Life in Holland and they dont air it in our country! and trust me I have been looking crazy to watch the episodes online! But they keep telling me that My coutry does not have the permission to enter the site!!! So I dont get it! Anyway thanks for the info :-(

yes you can watch episodes of merlin in holland!! Whe have bbc one and two! Every saturday at 19.05 on bbc one!! No dutch subtitels!! If you want english subtitels all you have to do is text 888!!

I already know what happens because I watched a certain interview where a certain actor happened to give a certain ending away. Still, it was a small spoiler and I still think it'll be a great episode nonetheless. I can't wait, it looks great and the one after that where Arthur finds something out.... =) There will be trouble ^_^ Hoho.

Haha- it doesn't give a lot away at all - but what happens at the end of this episode. Richard Wilson [Gaius] was being interviewed!

And what Arthur finds out isn't Merlin's secret by the way! If you thought that - its because I made it sound misleading on purpose hehe =)

Honestly? I doubt it, I think they'll reveal it at the end of series 2 the earliest (would be an impressive cliffhanger...), probably only at some point in series 3.
