no es necesario cogerlo, pero si no lo coges no hay vuelta atras y no puedes volver a conseguirlo

como la mision es en un hospital, puedes obtener el traje de medico para hacerlo infiltrado (tienes que matar un paciente) o ir a saco disparando a los guardias y no cogerlo
