I was there twice. In the 70's to watch the then New Haven Nighthawks, a Ranger farm team and once in the 90's to watch an independent minor league team called the Beast of New Haven. In all truth, the place was pretty rundown. When the economy improves, they will build a spiffy new 8,000 seat arena and attract another minor league team.
