Who? The black bag or Ned? I'm surmising it's the bag, because Ned once informed me I swore like a fishwife, the cheeky $%*^!*' git.....What do you make of that? Everybody knows I'm ladylike.
@Kittielips He was an outlaw in Australia in the 1800's. Somewhat of a folk hero. If you Google him you'll see pictures of him with his metal bulletproof helmet...sort of looks like a black bag with slits for eye holes...lol.
Hi Mike, how are things at your end, keeping busy with them bookings I hope. I had this song on a CD for years and never took much notice of it, until Natasha ( Zilchfan66 ) asked me to do a cover. I now think it's quite a catch little number. Regards, John.
hiya john the challenge as you say paid off really well .... well done john for another brill song by you :) ... you keep them coming your making alot of people happy with your music thats for sure ... and i still have the cliff one you did for me :) wooo yessss .... hope you and jenny are well :) x
Hi toodle ooh, how are you, and how is the new job, well it's not that new now is it. I hope all is well with you, and it's nice to hear you still enjoy the Cliff cover, is it still on your phone. Regards, John.
Thanks MV, how are you doing my buddy, long time no hear. I hope you're keeping well... This Monkees song was a challenge from Zilch66, and you know me I can't resist a challenge. Regards, John.
Hi MV, I'm not sure if I would've been better leaving it as a single vocal, in the style of Mike Nesmith. I didn't have that long to play around with this one because of other commitments.
John: This is an excellent version of one my favorite songs by Mike Nesmith! I love the video. Thank you so much for accepting my challenge :-) Papa Nez would be proud. - Natasha
Thanks Natasha, I'm glad you're pleased with the cover. It's a nice little song that I seem to have missed for some reason, thanks for putting me onto it. Regards, John.
Well; I demand you get back into line; so crawl back to me immediately! Have you learned your lesson yet?!
See Me!

@amibovverred Hey John, I'm doing well thanks. That's a pretty obscure tune. Dig the vocal textures.
