@evadbeva lol yes the chords make the same sound except a little brighter. the jonas brothers play the power chord version (which basically means, it has more of a "rock" sound). it sounds perfectly fine open. In fact this was the first song I ever learned. I posted a video on my account if you want to check it out (only audio though, sorry. )

You do if you have barred all the strings but if u have barred about 5 strings then dont hit the string you are not barring. Its hard to explain do you know what i mean though?

thats because they have to play and rock out so they probably dont want to have insanely good like..solos throught the whole thing or tabs type things because it would just make it more difficult to perform as well
