  • Jesus christ...this guy is a fucking crackpot, I watch a few videos and this is already looking like some trash news.

  • sounds like he,saying black ppl held their tounges because he is black now even they are sick of him and the war

  • I think Glen Ford is a racist. Every time I hear this I think he is more a part of the problem than the solution. It gives whites that want to hate blacks a reason to suspect that blacks want a subsidy of some sort just for being black in America. But then why not call for a subsidy that redressed the measured impact of all forms of discrimination? Why single out blacks? How is this any different than Jessie Jackass's labeling of Obama as a 'house boy?'

  • hmmm read much history?

  • The revolution is inverted. It's coming from the top down. What was hoped to be a robust communications tool to build a more uninterruptible military has turned into the neurogenesis of a global meta-government. Now all governments are struggling to undermine that inevitability by engineering the infrastructure to capture our political capital themselves--before something else does. That's what's actually going on. Now tell us which lesson of history best predicts where this will end up?

  • Why did you ask it that? Incestuous mullet wearing bucktooth cock warts have reading comprehension disorder.

  • Separatist.

  • It's easy to find a shitbag, llike Michael Behe, if you want a "scientist" to say evolution is a fraud. It means only that its easy to find scum who will sell their integrity for whatever the market will pay for it, or because they think it will help sell their book, etc. Lots of people want to believe the whole thing was just a fancy sort of theft. So guys come out of the woodwork to make that case and reap the exposure knowing they'll make money off it via books, their fund, etc. Just frauds.

  • Gosh, if you want to listen to a lot of vapid assholes who're making millions by spinning the news into the mother of all disasters then watch Fox, or the shit this channel digs up, and build your survival shelter. If you want to know what's really going on get your news from real sources (like docuticker com), get involved with govloop and talk directly with the folks actually implementing this revolution. The clueless fucks that post most of the shit here are just angry ignorant Christian scum.

  • hahaha, govn 2.0. Revolutionary change by changing the name or version :) Role of public was to get public healthcare, getting out of the wars and passing new employee rights act. None of which were listened to.

If govn wants to involve public, they don't need govn 2.0, they just need the govn to obey its electoral promises. You know, the govn that was elected by public?

Bailing banks was not optional, it was wrong. But as long the NEWSLETTERS are coming out, hay we should be happy, right?

  • I'm grateful you think it's a waste. It will work out a lot better if the folks who participate aren't morons.

  • why was bailing out the banks "not optional".

  • Because so many institutions around the world were connected via credit default swaps it would have destroyed the revolving credit lines of a great many businesses that were in fact fully solvent, but nonetheless dependent on that credit. It's like the power grid, take out a few key interconnections and the entire thing fails. it's purely a consequence of the geometry of the system. AIG was the key player and costliest to rescue and it wasn't even a bank.

  • What do you think about the opinion of experts such as Bert Ely, who contend the Banking institutions could have absorbed the losses: "The losses will feed back through the industry to depositors and borrowers in the form of lower rates on deposits and higher cost of loans."?

  • His opinion. So what? I've followed the career, stock, and opinions of Warren Buffett for a very long time. I respect him because he has lived his life by she standards he publicly advocates. You should look sometime at how much tax his companies have paid--no games like offshore offices, etc. He is a man who loves this nation without a shred of doubt. I don't know Ely from Shinola, but I do know how news works, and when they want a contrary opinion there is always one waiting somewhere.

  • Ok, your not addressing my question. I asked you what your take on the content of his opinion was. You didn't answer, I am actually curious your take on the subject matter. Thanks.

  • I think his analysis underestimates the effect "animal spirits" would have had on asset markets. A forced liquidation of a great many huge debt portfolios simultaneously would have overwhelmed the courts and most likely led to a world where a small handful of ludicrously wealthy trillionaires owned most of the world's property. It might have been a great deal for Ely, but it wouldn't be for the average person.

  • I don't understand how 'a forced liquidation of a great many debt portfolios simultaneously' would have overwhelmed the courts. Also with the financial sector absorbing the costs, why would wealth further concentrate in the hands of the worlds elite billionaires who are by in large fueled by the very same financial sector? Wouldn't they take a hit?

  • The reason the system was so fragile was because it was filled with positive feedback loops--situations where the failure of one instrument triggers a clause in another that put yet more demands on the equity etc. If A is insuring B, B is insuring C, and C A, then nobody is really insured. The billionaires with the cash would be the ones holding all the assets when the dust cleared. Most would lose, but a few would win it all simply by being lucky enough to get the assets that recovered fast.

  • I am in man-love with Paul Jay. The greatest journalist I have ever seen.

I just watched some garbage on MSNBC where the "journalist" soft-balled the president of MediaMatters questions about Fox News. Now, I agreed with the conclusions of the piece, but I felt dirty because the journalist was NOT asking the hard questions. Paul Jay does that. He kicks bottom. Excuse my French.

  • @ 6:00 - Glen Ford is absolutely correct. These are verifiable facts about Obama's history. And i think Heathcare is a front for something else... Here comes the end.

  • its impossible to be racist because race does not exist! Humans skin and other features gradate throughout the world in a human biological action from CLINES. What a person could be called with validity is a bigot or prejudiced, as in to pre judge.

  • For now, the only color I'm interested in is green.

Whatever color global currency turns out to be will be all that I'll be interested in.

  • If find it so ironic that we, as humans, who have evolved from the same common ancestor, constantly have to fight over the color of skin, or the shape of our eyes, or whatever we see that make us look different. But then again, it makes sense since our mammalian brains are still wired as they were over a million years ago, and will be for the next million, unless we have another major asteroid, or other extinction event occur, or should I say when, because it will, just a matter of time.

  • Black Agenda Report are actually quite fair and intelligent in their analysis.

  • this is stupid..

we need unity not more separation.....

  • This guy is a racist. But he's right about the government being hijacked by the bankers

  • Enlighten us, explain how he is a racist.

  • He is certainly a separatist.

  • A typical dumb comment from a typical dumb Briton. I'm a dual citizen (USA/UK) and I can honestly tell you that you have no idea what you are talking about.

  • it always racism with these types. The victim mentality

  • The US is a country so racist that if given the choice between a young, smart, well educated, clearly well qualified black man, and an old, decrepit, grizzled, half-crazed seventy year old korean-torture-victim with an air-headed brainless ditz of a VP one stroke away from being president, they actually almost voted for the fucking crazed septuagenarian!

Thank god the corporations didnt sponsor fucking a legitimately electable candidate, or it would have been a landslide.

  • The corporations sponsored Obama. Didn't you see his record breaking amount of donations from corporations and banking institutions? JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, etc. were some of Obama's largest campaign contributors.

Why did the corporations invest so much more heavily in Obama than McCain? It's because he's a fascist who will continue the same bad policies that favor corporations while screwing the people.

Obama is a corporatist crook cut from the same cloth as Clinton and the Bushes.

  • I think you misunderstood me. I'm arguing exactly that point. The corporations sponsored both Obama AND McCain, but only Obama was meant to win, and he didnt win because he received the most donations, he received the most donations because he was designated to win. McCain was chosen to run against him because he was the only one of the republican candidates so hopelessly inept that the american people might prefer a black man over him, and even THAT wasnt enough, so they had to add Palin, too.

  • Your sucked into the left right paradigm. This type of health care or that type, isn't the issue. This is a distraction from the real problems looking over everyone on the planet. The Globalists Banksters.

I personally don't want the Gov. owning and running anything.

  • You are certainly entitled to believe whatever you want to... You and I will just have to agree to disagree.

  • Well said. Feel the same way.

  • Great interview... but a little depressing to think Obama is selling out on progressive values... and to think the right STILL call him a socialist. What a bunch of kooks!

  • It's all just a game of distractions, man. Dont be fooled. I knew from the start that all that "Change" bullcrap was hot air, just blowing smoke. I mean you just had to look at McCain, pretty much the only republican candidate who had no chance of winning even against an "uppity black man", and to make it even worse, he chose PALIN as his running mate. It was made quite clear that the companies that own the government wanted Obama to be their mascot in 08. McCain-Palin was just a straw-man

  • TRNN isn't supporting him, they are doing journalism... it's an interview, they don't necessarily support his cause, they just want to know his position.

  • I wish people would understand this! Especially because TRNN always keeps their reporter skepticism in interviews! They're a good news group!

  • That's what I would want to believe. But if that's the case where is the counter voice? Where do they interview someone from the tea-party side to explain why they are protesting? It might be journalism, but it's too one sided to be Real news

  • that is a fine point... but have we not heard from the Tea-Partiers? I mean, they are the dominant voice on the news, the 9/12 Rally was organized by Glenn Beck who - despite his lack of expertise - is given his own NEWS PROGRAM with millions of viewers. We know all about their reasons for being there, we can read the "More Czars than the USSR" signs just fine. Now let's hear from another voice... enter Mr. Ford

  • Interesting. I'm not American so I havent seen much of the tea parties in the other news. (I know Glenn Beck is not a racist though.)

But it's fair to say then that this Ford guy is the counter voice. Fair enough.

  • of course glenn beck isn't a racist, he just says that Obama is threatening "white America".

    watch?v=KNNziet0ShA

  • Glenn Beck is mildly racist for sure. Just listen to him. You can tell he's trying not to give liberals anti-racist ammo, but he's totally a mild racist.

  • Mild? He is a racist, there is no such thing as a mild racist. You're either a racist or you're not a racist. You're either a pedophile or not a pedophile.

There is no such thing as being a mild racist.

  • I'm a mild racist.

    Why so absolute?

I'm actually a visceral racist. On a rational level I am not racist, but sometimes my tummy tells me racist things. Lucky thing I know my tummy is just being irrational and I can transcend it.

You know, lotsa racists make the cause that racism is legitimate because they feeli it in their tummies. If you ever hear that argument be sure to point out that the viscera is irrational, and we need to balance out our worldview with a little intellect.

  • The other issue in this same regard, is that Tea-Baggers ain't what they used the be. They started out as independent INDIVIDUALS. When both power parties discovered there was some strength to the concept and ideology of the Tea-Baggers they both latched on to is like a couple of STARVED VAMPIRES. At this point I defy anyone to be able to identify what's really going on.

  • I sure hope I'm not considered a "racist" or an "anti semite" for refusing to pump toxic waste (vaccine) into my arm or support a mandatory taxation (usury/slavery) for quackademic "Health Care" goons to assume Rights over what I do with my own body.

AMA & Barakhenaton can kiss my healthy ass!!

  • Yes, racism is alive and well in the US. And it's lead by people like this. What he's upset about isn't the bailouts that are bankrupting this country, only that he didn't get his share of the loot. TRNN is a patsy for him and others like him that want nothing less than to rob the US of its wealth, its constitution, and its freedoms. You have a right to your life and liberty, you do not have a right to mine. That is the progressive agenda, to relieve others of their rights in the name of fairness

  • dflection and lack of common sence..If the funding is supposed to go to keep up low income housing, well thats were it belongs no matter who lives in for what ever reason..It doesnt belong going into someones pocket as a suplimentory income..Whats right is right..Doesnt matter on veiws or who ever you think I represent..If you condone it well thats your fault and just shows your mind set..This is an over dramitisation of race just to devide and gain support..They dont care about none of us..

  • No deflection. I refute your arguments with my own arguments. Labeling my refutations as deflection when they are not is just your way to duck and dodge the issues. But you injected race in your first statement by labeling blacks for voting for Obama because they want a hand out. And your defense of the organizer from the Tea Party express racist baiting added some good value to this discussion. Glenn Beck stating that the health care debate is reparations and Rush Limbaugh said the same contd..

  • contd... thing then YOU came in here and stated the same thing by labeling all black people just want hand outs. So look at what the leader of the Tea party said which you agree with, then look at rush and glenn beck using those loaded words of reparations and you can see who TRULY is using race to DIVIDE and GAIN support. You can't ignore those people i named role as if they are innocent and then the senior republican members and elected officials don't want to denounce it. they embrace it.

  • buh bye..you can troll these pages all day like you probably do to dispell any disagrement to these racist videos..This guys a shill..No DOUGHT..

  • I disagree with this guy myself. I never said i agreed with this guy. just the particular argument and characterization and denial you were raising is what i had a problem with. Especially your labeling black people and trying to back it up with a couple of things said here or there by some civilians on tv.

  • For those that disagree with this man, than organize your own assembly and stop whining.

  • I applaud this man for using his right to peaceably assemble for change, to right wrongs, good for him, and best wishes.

  • The first 5 minutes of this video is arguably: unnecessary- but certainly boring. 6:00 is where it gets interesting. That alone is where the true information lies & it's worth 4-5 stars at least.

  • PoliticalSkeptic

I think your far from a political skeptic, more like a political shill..Wow your profile is an amazing aray of the messiah..A one stop shop for shills..

  • Look at my comments under the videos of "ConservativeNewmedia" you'll be shocked. Stick to the arguments raised an stray away from trying to find an ad hominem. I didn't even click on your profile because no more material other than what you provided right here is needed.

  • DOWN WITH WHITEY

    BLACK IS BACK!!!

  • I agree with the bearded commie on foreign policy, but his economic views are skewed.

  • I wish you luck! The corporations and banks win and the people, Black and White are getting nothing! I will feel better when we do not have black or white marches, how bout we all march against the corporations....They do not listen to us, does not matter what color or what party.....

  • This should move to Venezuela, everyone is equal there and Chavez gives social justice to the people because all those evil rich people hate the poor

  • yeah Venezuela, where you must toe the line of Chavez or you starve..Thats ok,I would rather have my own thoughts and feelings and have to work 40 hours a week..its called liberty...

  • so let me get this straight..whites are racist to march on dc in tea bag marches but he is organizing an ALL blacj march on dc..What the fuck is this?Racis,///

  • Racists know Racists. But the argument has never been that being in Tea bag or marching on washington makes you a defacto racist.

  • yeah ok,get your news from other places other than this channel, the propaganda machine..I mean come on you can sit there and say what you did with a straight face..This administration is in damage control mode pushing race to divide and build support..You know it and everyone else does..Just shmucks that beleive this type of propaganda dont..Im a minority and find the use of race very OLD..This guy is right on blacks being asleep, they seen a barry elected and thought a hand out was comming..

  • So all black people are people who only want hand outs? Is this what you are saying?

  • sorry but I didnt see any whites on the news saying barry was going to pay my bills or pay off my house..So if thats an example of race motivation, you take it as you will..

  • Nope but i can tell you what i did hear whites saying. If i give you all the rhetoric which some whites got caught saying on TV during the McCain and Palin Campaign? How about the White guy with the Barack Obama Monkey, Or how about the white guy who had a lynched black man doll in front of his house with the Barack Obama sign on it. You want me to go on? But i'm smart enough to know that this is not proof that all white people of an absolute value supported that. Unlike what you are stating

  • No but how many blacks were on camera on the news screeming,OBAMAS gonna pay off my house!!..I dont think any level headed people of any color would think that..a little common sence on your behalf would help, but you would rather exploit to try to prove your point..And no Im none partisan if that was going to be your next volley..

  • No. But do you believe that those blacks they showed on Camera make up the majority of all blacks? I only saw that one time. How many blacks were asked a question before they got the ones who gave a response like that? Is it possible they asked maybe 100 people and only two responded like that? So they showed them and now you are suggesting that this is evidence that blacks as an absolute value from your earlier statement only voted for him because they thought a hand out was coming.

  • get your head out of the sand or just admit that your arguing just to deflect..

I think the commie in the video even stated that blacks as a majority want government involvment in reshaping society,,,so that in a nutshell is help meaning a hand out, for nothing in return,or reperations as he is wanting for his ''people''..

  • No i am not arguing to deflect. I'm showing people here what your motivation is by using your logic to establish the same case about the opposite people. Which i feel does not apply. Now you want to suggest that what this guy is saying in the video represents all Blacks. Then using your logic when Mark Williams of the Tea Party Express stated that Obama is an "Indonesian turned welfare thug" And a "Racist in Chief" That he represents everyone from the Tea Parties case closed.

  • tell me were mark Williams was wrong?

I mean he did live there and he stood along side ACORN and other crooked organizations..Am I mistaken?

  • LOL hey everyone pay attention to the mentality of this guy. He is defending the leader of the Tea Party Expresses statement. This is what we have to deal with right here. He is NOT indonesian he is AMERICAN that's the FIRST LIE uses to stoke racial hate And Acorn made in the last 20 years what Haliburton (cough cough cheney) makes in ONE DAY. But yet no uproar about that? Racist in Cheif. Hmmm Glenn Beck said it and he was hailed at the tea party and Mark Williams said it. contd...

  • ridicule, one of the last lines of defence..Go ahead I look forward to more..Is the the so called''most crooked women in the political arena the cheif advisor that keeps her slums in chicago in so bad a shape that they should be demolished..Wheres the funding going..Not to the people that live there with the rats and roaches..maybe you should look into some real issues that involve obama and his appointies and there treatment of there own race..Thats kinda disturbing if you ask me..

  • No not ridicule. Just want everyone looking at this to know your position and who you represent. Now you try to claim that you care about the slums of chicago. Then you suggest that blacks voted for him for a hand out. NOW you are pointing at slums in chicago and complaining that Obama is not helping those slums out LOL How would he do that hmmm? The very handout policies which you attack as being a "black policy". If you think that they aren't helping them you should be happy right?

  • contd.... Remember the bulk of all welfare is reaped from White people. Remember the images of people during the depression is what helped drive the policies to create welfare. Those images were white people. when they changed that image to black people that's where the hatred of any government policy or handout came in at. So any policy which may help a black person is hated not because of spending but because it's not something white people benefit from like Haliburton or Blackwater.

  • Yes, criticizing Obama's healthcare obviously has everything to do with race and racism

  • No one has ever suggested that anyone who merely criticizes obama health care is by default a racist. This is the new Strawman argument people use to debunk the racist elements. Remember 50 some million people voted against Obama and only 70K marched on Washington. Even if all of them are racist it would still be a tiny number in comparison to the whole. Trust me if this many white people had the same uproar on bush a big difference could have possibly been made

  • Try 1.5 - 2 million marched on Washington.

Does this look like 70,000 to you?

Just shows you how corrupt our government and the media are. They are trying to down play the turn out.

  • NOMCCBAMA, you totally enjoy eating your own fecal matter. There was not 1.5 - 2 million people marching on Washington as you say. The Emergency services had the counted the people at the "Klan" rally and it was around 70,000. EMT is not in the propaganda business like your FOX News.

  • DAMN!!! I forgot to include the video

    watch?v=d_LsAKiT9r4

Does that look like 70,000 to you?

  • DAMN!!! I forgot to include the video

    watch?v=d_LsAKiT9r4

Does that look like 70,000 to you?

  • Give it a rest hillbilly, the shit is fake.

  • Really?

  • Yes dude it's a fake man there was no 2 million people out there. 70K is actually a LOT believe it or not.

here's a more appropriate video LOL with the correct title

    /watch?v=wEnT8mCvXnw

  • The washington police estemated the crowd at 1.2 million. And who cares if fox news was prompting part of the crowd to cheer on que. They were on TV. They were playing along. The fact that they showed up says it all.
