It sucks that here in the states we don't actully have a lot of diesel Hiluxs. Don't get me wrong thoe I love my petrol Hilux, but still.

You can water proof a petrol to, it's just harder with more electrical connections.

Just get you some dielectric grease or maybe even Vaseline and smear it in every connection, including the spark plug wires.

And take some Water Displacement on the 40th try with you wheel... WD40.

Then if you're carby, get the snorkel adapter or EFI a Safari snorkel... You can even run the intake inside if you want to ;-)
