  • Joystick miner.... can't use a jackleg

  • that looks like a sudbury miner.. notice how clean he is.. and how he has no idea how to run a jackleg. sorry but I had to say it in response to the first comment

  • Wow this guy needs help! He won't last long drilling like that!

  • if ya just stand on the hoses with yer rt foot.... she drill herself..be careful now boys ...

  • @peabs46 I seen her take many a green horns upside down. haha

  • @paulipoika ya I think I know who you are I was on the haulage truck at north mine, I'm at Totten now

  • paul did u use to work for cementation

  • @jkukd

    yes ... still do

  • RUN THE JACK LEG DONT LET THE JACK LEG RUN U!

  • Look The Hole Up! Put The Leg Back Then He will drill smooth!

  • yah I think He should have a longer steel on there to make it a little easier

  • thats no "jackleg miner", nice try though

  • I remember my first time Jack legging...

  • Man it's bouncing around but I guess there's not much you can do with that machine behind you.

  • Hard for the bit..

  • haha, ride that f!@#$'n thing

  • shit driller, he will fcked up the drill bit and waste of time. need more training

  • this guy can't drill properly at all!! im just a trainee and already i know thats wrong!! hehe you need more learining to do

  • this guy can't drill properly at all!!

  • leg angle is too steep........needs to extend the leg back and get more forward pressure

  • the machine is bouncing all over the place , not drilling mate , how shamefull

  • put on the power, looks like he don't know what he is doing .

  • just needs a bit more leg pressure and to pull down on the handle or step on the hoses...bend that steel in there a bit...still learning myself ;)

  • Someone need to change his bit.

  • pouhahahaha that man cannot operate a jackleg cuz the jackleg always jumping in the hole put more pressure in the leg and puch-it whit your body

  • Used one of those on rippings in small Welsh mine.Only thing was there was no water(dust suppression)so couldnt see hand in front of you for stone dust.Just had to bring rippings down enough for small horse to get through pulling drams(trams).

  • why didnt he just get the forklift outta the way..or back it up and use the far fork?

  • @Koski420 He couldn't back it up because there is a grizzly right behind him ( see the timbers behind him ... see " Underground Drop Test " ... my other video ... done right behind the forklift ......

  • he's using that forklift as a support for his drill leg i think . u look like a skilled miner to me but it's bouncing too much

  • doing it wrong.... leg is not supposed to wank like that

  • new miner good luck

  • scab in training I bet

  • It's only shotcrete, put some muscle into it!

  • Damn buddy, even through shotcrete this would still be easy, put some muscle on that jackleg

  • THAT A BOY BOUNCE THAT BIT

  • so why is your drill bouncing like that, try a leg extension

  • You suck

  • hey thats my trick puttin the leg agents the machine lol looks like your dealin with super hard rock or a dall bit

  • @shelterduck look how he set up his leg, thats the problem.

  • Air legs up and down like a fiddlers elbow and the steels rattling too much.

    Loss of percussion.

  • That guy must be trying to shank that steel. Amazing...

  • I would hate to see him drill a round, might take a week or so....

  • this guy is green as grass, on the machine!

  • god put pressur on the leg it will stop the drill jupping like that, that guy never use a jackleg before or what

  • ill bet money this guy is a trainer.

  • you look brand new to the thing

  • wouldnt last a day in the raise using his machine like that

  • Wouldn't he be using a stoper in a raise?

  • you still have to bolt the fuckin walls in THE raise

  • Fair enough!

  • That looks like the same fricking jack leg I used at Levack Mine 60 years ago. Hel.......lo..... pardon.....no wonder I can't hear?

  • dont be scared to push down with your left hand, i remember when i was in training, the trainer would grab my hand and yell "dont be scared to use some force, now push until she gets the groove'

  • yah hes working hard but hes got good lighting hes on the ground, and hes dry, ime working in the evo tunnel in sparwood at the elkview op and were using jack leg and stooper with 2ft, 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft steel on 8ft scaffolding above the belt, we have no lights in the tunnel coal dust evrywhere get a video of that

  • Daaamn, you gotta be tough to be a miner, guess thats why the wimpy guys are engineers

  • I know he's working hard , thats his second hole with jacleg ..lol ! He's just learning !!!

  • I can tell this poor bastard is working too hard for what hes doing. Hes holes looking down and his machines dancing all over the place. Learn to drill from the hip my friend.

  • way cool, can you show anything that might reflect gold?

  • I've worked in a couple gold mines but due to high securite ( metal detectors , visual inspection ) , can't bring camera underground . In Red Lake , Ontario Canada there is a mine where I worked , they produced 1100 lbs a week ! After a blast in a drift muck is washed down , it looks like "Disney Land " meaning there is a lot of visible gold .

  • thanks , for what you did post. i can understand -anything you can post would be nice to see..
