George came up with a coffee cup from the 351 the day I dove with him. Could not believe how lucky he was. Gave him some of my wreck illustrations. Glad to have pleased him. Great guy.
As a paying diver, I found George to be quiet and detached most of the time. On a live aboard to the "City of Houston," I got a chance to get to know him just a little bit. Lucky me. A class act... both the man and the operation.
