The best moment of their friendship was when they all bought lottery tickets. In that episode Joey and Phoebe are holding the lucky bone, which they have to break and make a wish. And Joey won and made a wish and didn't want to tell what the wish was. Monica thought he wanted them to win the lottery but it later turns out that he wished Chandler got the job he wanted. It was a really nice moment.
