Awesome footage! I am a newbe and am picking one up at Harbor Freight soon. It would take me a while to get the confidence to fly over water. I could see one of those boaters fishing it out of the drink for me! I hope to do this someday but we are a small town of "busy bodies" and someone would likely call the cops. : (

Thanks for this! I was born in Auburn and grew up in northern Cayuga county. Auburn looks pretty good from the air. It is a small town these days, but in the past it was a booming small city. Great video.

I grew up in Auburn, and, yes, a lot is familiar, but oh, so much has changed in 40 years. I lived across from the outlet, on Lake Avenue. There was no "new" high school, just a field that belonged to St. Joseph's Cemetery, and a weed patch. Thank you for this memory and a current view of our small town.
