this is one thing i dont get: isnt this song a duet? so wouldnt u need 2 microphones? i hav rock band 2 for the wii it's just sh!ty how u cant get accuracy in the game designing i mean u play a song with a female singer yet the game automaticly sets a guy in the singing spot if u dont hav a player selecting a character for singing; WTF?

@MrGamecube14 ummm... no, the vocalist gender is specified in the .dta on a per-song basis. And it's not really a duet, just the drummer sings a few lines in the chorus. I charted both parts to the single vocal track so it can be done with one mic (RB2 only supports single mic anyway)

@marshin77 If you go to the Rock Band Music Store, it will bring up several songs. if you have a wii (like me), you will have to use Wii points. You get Wii points by going to the Wii Shop Channel, You can use a Wii Points card (you can get them at like Walmart or Target for $20), or you can use a credit card. For every 100 points you buy, is the same as spending $1.

Once you buy some points, you use them on Rock Band or Guitar Hero to buy songs.

If you have an Xbox, I don't know what to do.

@FunkyRoad96 If you mean which character is animated as singing, the singer sings every word, you can only set other characters to "sing along" for specific parts of the song. Then you can force the camera to look at the other character so as to not see that the singer is still singing as well. If you're talking about the in-game chart, RB2 doesn't support harmonies, but RB3 does, and you chart each part separately. It works the same for all systems.

Did you bother to look up the tab at all for this song? The bass section does not follow the real song at all. The song is in Drop D tuning for the guitar (and bass, but cooper just plays it using his 5 string normally and the intro is EEEDE ED AAAAC CCCD (guitar chords.) so a better pattern would be RedRedRedRedGreenRed RedGreen BlueBlueBlueBlueOrange OrangeOrangeOrangeGreen. Other that that, nice job!

@MarshonProductions Yeah, I did it by ear, and the guitar goes DOWN to the A as opposed to the bass which has to go UP an octave since there's no low A. This was only my second chart ever, and my first one I had multitracks to work with... gimme a break :P Saying it "doesn't follow the song AT ALL" is a bit harsh, it DOES follow the song, just the wrong octaves for a few of the jumps. Besides, it's not like you have all of the notes available to you like RB3 pro guitar, it's just 5 buttons.

@qwertymodo What I am trying to say is, the progression of the notes go down when the notes go down. And what's that about the guitars going down to A? I have the official tab book. The guitar is played in Drop D, and with Cooper's 5 string bass, he would just use the bottom string in the third fret to get a D. That would then translate to a GREEN not on the rockband guitar.

@MarshonProductions Like I said, I did it by ear without looking at a tab. If I ever go back again and redo this chart I would change several things such as using a tab, as well as other things like correctly charting the palm mutes (they are supposed to be charted to the single lowest note of the following chord, where I charted them as identical to the previous chord). However, I've moved on to other songs and don't have a lot of free time. This was my second chart ever. It is what it is.

Okay, how exactly am I supposed to do this... When I tried to add A&A to Rock Band 2, it loads, but the song isn't there, just silence, and when I either fail or finish, my Wii freezes, any help?

@PIKACHU49386 It doesn't come with audio, that would be illegal. You have to supply the audio yourself. And the freezing is because of the lack of audio track. Be sure to check the "add empty drum track" box when you add the audio or it will keep freezing.

But I've been having trouble with RawkSD, There's a closed beta of RawkSD 3 now and I didn't realize that it was a closed beta, it wouldn't let me in, and now I keep getting errors while trying to install customs using the public version. It won't even let me use the patch, it just says "Install Fail!" I'm using 4.3 from Waninkoko's updater, so it's still 4.2, just an updated Wii shop.

@PIKACHU49386 Read through the gbatemp thread. You need to use DOP-Mii to reinstall IOS37 v3869 with all of the patches. The RawkSD Patcher doesn't work anymore since Nintendo updated IOS37 with the 4.3 update, and the devs have no reason to update the patcher since they have the new v3 coming out which runs on a clean IOS37 without the need for a patcher at all.

@drageb JTAGing is something you do yourself (or have somebody do for you) to modify your console. So unless you JTAGed it, it isn't JTAGed. Also, you can't play online once you've JTAGed or you'll get banned. Google it.

@G15UNIT Ah, I haven't actually seen any full-band autoplay videos, just individual instrument playthroughs. I don't actually own a 360, so I have no way of purchasing Monster or autoplaying it (autoplay only works in Audition Mode anyway, which doesn't work for DLC that has been released)
