@SuperStankful I'm saying you shouldn't be hitting the brakes coming out of a turn. if you're into the turn too hot and you can't make the turn, adding the brakes will only overwhelm your front tires more. if you're headed straight but you have the wheel turned, you've turned it too far. if you can get the car rotating, gently applying the throttle (esp. w/ AWD) can help you save it. ever hear "when in doubt, throttle out?"

Exactly my point: hitting the brakes while exiting a turn is inadvisable, although I don't see that she did that until it was already lost. Not being gentle with either pedal in low-grip situations is how cars end up in the wall, and this looked like too much throttle.

You can hear the oversteer before the spin out. You do not power-out of a turn in the rain unless you know how to counter steer. AWD does not mean equal power distribution, its more towards the rear in some drivetrains. This being a Sti and what looks to be a rookie driving, I would have set the DCCD full forward in these wet condtions.
