I would do a complete timing chain replace. Brand new parts with tensionors. Remember on the tensioners to put the open oil hole facing up. If this isn't done right you will lose oil out of the tensioner and you will have no tension on the new chains and possibly ruin a new sprcket or chain.

This happened to my 92 Vic, I had a parts motor from a 92 grand marquis, just swapped on the mercury's belt tensioner.
