  • A few technical flaws in the video.

    1. You don't put wood and charcoal haphazzardly all over the grill if you are going to smoke something. (you would if you were keeping the lid off for high-heat direct grilling)

    2. For slow cooking (smoking) you would put the wood chips in water for considerably longer than 30 minutes. You would then dry them off with a paper towel and you'd put them inside tinfoil pouches so they don't instantly incinerate. Remember, the goal is slow cooking.

  • love the ending now were ready to smoke.

  • now take the fire proof mit off and touch the grill!lol
