Wow, so many ignorant comments here. Ok first of all, this guy is NOT Mexican because he was not born in Mexico. He was born in Texas, which is in the US. Therefore, he's a US citizen. That's called Nationality, not race. His race is Native American. Again, a Native American can come from any country in the Americas because in every country there's people of different races. Seriously people, if you don't know the difference between the two, look them up. It's not that hard.

Unless you believe otherwise, all of mankind started in one place, and their offspring migrated to different parts of the world. Of course if you look at how the continents appear physically, you can see that the land was all connected at some point in time. Frankly, there's a lot more history to how people got here. But about Natives speaking Spanish, here in AZ the Mexican community has very close ties to Native American Nations, we gotta remember that Native tribes in what used to be Mexico were once under Spanish rule. Today, Tohono O'odham Nation extends into Mexico, that explains why some Natives speak Spanish. Greetings!
