@deadadelta Diabetes...(note correct spelling) is not caused by eating sweets, it is exacerbated by it. If you were borderline, you possibly could control it by not eating sweets. @TheHerdsman24 it may all come from the ocean, but the processed, bleached table salt, also has additives to make it not clump & all the other minerals besides sodium & chloride are removed. We need those other minerals, not just sodium & chloride, we DON'T need the additives. I use Himalayan salt, the taste is so good, not HARSH & burning like white table salt. It actually balanced the water in my body, reduced water retention. Drinking salt water will clear your sinuses if stuffy.
