I answered this in a couple videos. but in short, i have a chronic condition called lupus which affects my joints and brain, as well as my skin. i didnt start having problems with my skin til about a year ago, as it can spread. the inflamtion is brought on by any or all of these: sunlight, fluorescent light (or studio light), and stress. mine lately has been a combination. it is not contagious, but it is quite annoying, and not very appealing. unfortuately theres nothing i can do about it.

oh haha i read that completely wrong. well its kind of difficult to explain. its not so much about just hanging out and spending time with family. but for example, my mom has been really sick and unable to go to work. so ive been taking care of her while trying to work extra hours and help out with expenses. and i also help my dad out at his office. he's an optometrist, and i sometimes help as a secretary a couple days a week. so yeah, im trying to do a lot at once haha but il make more time!

Actually, in most cities the tap water is held to higher standards than bottled water. When I checked out the water quality in my city, I stopped drinking bottled water and went back to tap water. A lot of the marketing out there is pure bullshit without an ounce of truth.
