  • Thank you so much for sharing this video! The chicken looks delicious and so incredibly simple to make! I'll be cooking this tonight=)

  • so.. this is the roasted chicken result of Le Cordon Bleu's student.. great !

  • whats your number lol jk this help alot thanks

  • How do you get the butter into small areas and crevices like under the skin of the wings and drumsticks?

  • @etong2002001 The skin under the chicken wings you can't daily reach. You can easily separate the skin from the drum stick. Just separate the skin around the thigh and keep going to the drum stick.

    Thank you for watching!

  • I would have cooked it a little more , blood ran out of it

  • I thought is was slang but realise it's her accent when she said erbs.

  • Easily explained, easier 2 follow! Thanks for making something that looks so complicated look easier.

  • did u study in cordon bleu???

  • The Idea and recipe is a great recipe, but you didnt cook the chicken long enough and i would have rinse the chicken off with some cold water and pat it dry... but everyone has there own way of cooking...

  • Please help! I unfroze the chicken in the refrigerator a night before so it's ready to cook. But when I cook it I don't know why it taste weird. How long can I have chicken in the freeze? or a better way to unfrozen so it doesn't smell and taste weird :(

    Thanks!

  • Thank you if i would have never saw this I would had never knew how to cut whole chicken or even how to cook it ! Thanks

  • girl clean the blood, good video

  • I know most people buy that kind of chicken whole from the grocery, but farm raised ones that aren't mass produced are much better. Check out your local butcher's shops. Tyson and grocerystore brand chickens are just icky.

  • Nice video..Keep it up!!!!!

  • you didnt wash the chicken first. Bad Bad girl. : I

  • you dont technically have to wash the chicken before you bake it. She's cooking it over the danger zone, so all the bad bacteria already on the chicken is being killed off.

  • you are right about that!!

  • Yeah, that freaked me out, too. I always wash my chicken thoroughly, first.

  • Thank you for the easy recipe.

I'm going to try it in a few hours :p!

I notice there is quite a few bullies on the comments.

    Grow up guys.

    She didn't wash it?

It was cooked at 350C for 1 hour and it was a prepacked chicken, the chicken is safe to eat, or do you want her not to breath when she cook so that her mouth vapor don't coat the chicken.

    She replies after 8 month?

At least she has a life and doesn't spend everyday on youtube.

  • Thank you so much for the support!! I hope that you enjoy this recipe!

  • @Spirits1234 ohh its not cooked at 350c. it would be like the surface of the sun lol. f is the letter you wanted i hope

  • @Rockyface

    Lol!

I guess you are right, there is a difference between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

  • This video was taped for the website and the chicken was washed before the taping sorry that the step was not included.

  • thanks, im definately trying this tonight, and i love how you said "flip the bird"

  • ill, she did not wash the chicken. This is the basic knowledge for the cooking, don't know why she miss the step, nasty

  • @lily5377 wow i noticed that too!!! maybe thats why the bird still looks kinda bloody on the inside!

  • lol, once I noticed she didn't wash the chicken and I stop to watching right away.

  • oh nooo

    wash the chicken!

  • im doing this for thanksgiving tomorrow :D

  • I made up a nice trick when making compound butter. Take a small plastic bag and add the butter and any herbs, garlic etc. Tie a knot, and just mush it around really well. Saves time and water :-)

  • I followed this recepie and it turned out awesome!

  • This is great news! Thanks for taking the time to let us know, dzsema.

  • Lmao u cokment 8 months later

  • theres a "h" in herbs yes??

  • "Herbs" pronounced with an "h" and without the "h" are both correct depending on where you live. Where I am from we leave off the "h".

  • Well...thats not true

'Herbs' has quite a clear 'h' at the front so you do need to pronouce it

  • Cool! I love ur videos, and the recipes r great!
