My cat does that too - but in her water bowl (which also belongs to my other two cats!) right after going in the litter box! Makes a mess and I have to constantly be changing their water. It's like she has OCD - but it is very clever. She just hates to be dirty. I've tried giving her an individual "wash bowl" of her own - but of course she ignores that :) Your cat is adorable!
