I know about it existing in other games, and just because something is there you should abuse it. This is MY opinion anyway.

@DaveyuKay Game developers are fully aware of it. You can't do the same thing with reloads, the reload is over when the animation is over. With bolt action snipers, the next bullet is put into the chamber, with no regard to the animation, changing weapons just cancells the animation. Developers could easily just remove it if they didn't like it.
