How do you actually put the 3d object inside the video? Im having difficult time putting the objects on the nulls i got from boujou. I can get the obj in position but when I render, the movement does not match when I do the composite in After effects. I use Maya btw
Well after you import your track data into your 3d application, you will need to align the the scene untill it matches the video footage (usualy just use frame 1) then you can either render out and composite in any composting app (eg After effects, Shake, Combustion).
Also one common mistake is to get the frame rates messed up!, make sure that if your track data is PAL/NTSC make sure the footage is also the same as well as your render settings!
not horrible
