@JudiG We have a very low overall cancer rate in Sweden, I dont know anything about oral cancer but I have never heard of anyone ever having it, but I´m sure someone have :p. BTW people spit more when they´re smoking than when they´re snusing..

I was a moderate smoker. Smoke 6-8 cigs a day. I only smoked for 1 1/2 years though, so snus is a noticeable difference.
