By the way I don't like Rush Limaugh (saw some posts about that)and am an Indy. I didn't walk into the room with a vendetta against him. There are plenty of republicans I would not vote for. It was just shocking that someone who acted so blatantly yucky toward all the ladies (most happily married with children!) in the room has made it so far. It couldn't have been an isolated event. We each had several pictures of Biden looking down the ladies tops. It was creepy and grose!
I met Joe Biden at a Key Spouse Appriciation dinner at Dover AFB (Key Spouses are USAF wives who volunteer for training to offer support to their fellow military families who have a deployed loved one.)The whole room of women,as well as base leadership were standing around with shocked expressions. After a very lame speech which made no sense,he wooed the room by acting like the creepy old uncle at a wedding. He made us all uncomfortable, squeezing the ladies shoulders and checking their cleavage
Amazing pick! Joe is extremely intelligent, very experienced, warm-hearted, charismatic, a great debater, tough when necessary...just a great, great guy...one of the few politicians who has never been involved in any financial or sex scandals! He would slaughter Romney in a VP debate...wow!
Biden is such a great FAMILY MAN...if the so-called self-purported family values voters are sincere in their beliefs, they can't choose mcCain over Obama-Biden.I wouldn't admit to being a Repug after Bush almost ruined our country.Stop listening to Rush and his ilk, they are using you for their fame and fortune and ergo, you look like ignorant fools.
Recent polls now show Hussein Obama slipping badly, and war-hero maverick McCain ascending. McCain is far from perfect, but people are having serious second thoughts about the "Democrat Messiah," whose resume is thinner than Kate Moss and whose economic policies are truly Marxist. Most economists say that Obama's redistribution policies will destroy the American economy. No nation ever taxed itself to prosperity. Biden won't help either.
NO one could destroy the American Economy or the America we once knew than the current REPUBLICAN PARTY !!! always remember 911, and all the criminals that were indicted in the Republican party !!! ..also "you're doing a heck of a job Brownie!" A.. H...

I don't see how it can be Kaine. Aside from almost no experience he is against stem cell research. One of Obama's campaign promises is to advance stem cell research.
It's not going to be Kaine, he was just the flavor of last week. Obama is going top have to surprise with his choice. I am holding out for Bill Richardson of NM, CRK
Bayh offers some experience with regard to Iran, more than Obama and certainly more than most VP contenders. We can at least agree that, in that regard, Bayh is just what Obama needs. CRK
At the moment, everybody is talking about Tim Kaine or Evan Bayh. The one brings Virginia, the other one Indiana. Kaine supported Obama, Bayh was one of the early Clinton supporters. So, what do you think about those two compared to each other? Is it likely he takes an original Clinton supporter to win over the last stubborn "only Clinton-Democrats"?
I've been trying to put together a special "Tim Kaine" addition, all day, but things keep coming up, geting in my way.
It's going to be Kaine, because Obama is close in VA, and Kaine could be what's needed to seal the deal in VA.
As far as Kaine's loyalty goes, it doesn't take but a glance to see him as an empty suit. The only thing he pushed through in VA is a smoking ban. He has no foriegn policy experience, and the VA budget is now operating at a defecit. CRK
well.....if i had to help obama pick a v.p. choice i would choose scott matheson of utah. matheson is a western democrat who would help obama in the western states that gore and kerry failed to get in 2000 and 2004. my second choice would be gene taylor of mississippi. taylor is another centrist democrat who might help obama get the white southern votes that could really help him in 08.
Just wanted to make a slight correction to your video. Jim Webb never served in the House of Representatives, he never held an elected office until he won the Senate seat. He was a staff member on either the House or Senate Armed Services Committee and assistant Secretary of Defense.
Also, about Sam Nunn, the reason the left hates him so much was his nasty rhetoric against gay people when Clinton wanted lift the ban entirely in 1993. It was just plain nasty.
Good question. I edited Clark and a few others out of the Original video, for time (longer vids get less views).
Clark is a Clintonite. Clark doesn't bring a State to the table. Clark is a dominate personality, who may not conform properly into Obama's campaign.
From my estimation, Clark would be mentioned as a possible VP, regardless of the nominee. But I don't think that the Obama camp is seriously considering him. CRK
Actually i think Clark is very good pick ,obama's VP should be a General , obama need someone who can bring national security exprience to the ticket , so mccain wont be able to open his mouth about military exprience and say thing like (i know how to win wars) , secondly there is escalation in the mid east between Iran and Israel , if erupted americans will not vote for someone with a less exprience about military issues
I'm saying it now: Obama implodes. They're peaking him too early. McCain follows boxing, and in the fight game, the old veteran will trimuph over the young gun, by weathering the early storm and letting the younger man "punch himself out." And then, the veteran KO's him in the late rounds.
Look at Primary; the longer it went, the worse he did. This Kid's campign does not have the "conditioning" to go the distance. CRK
Please understand, that Politicians are the public face of a Machine, all Politicians. That's not a slight against Obama, it's a reality of this World.
Rememeber Hillary Clinton? She "peaked" 6 months prior to the first Primary, and then...CRK
About 2 weeks ago Webb took himself out. It was pretty big news. He said he would not be VP and refused to turn over papers to be vetted. He said he wanted his independence.
Not me, No. I didn't bother including him on the list. Rumor has it, that Gore won't even visit the WHite House until they change the type of Light Bulbs used in the Oval Office:) CRK

I don't disagree with your logic. However, the reasons I outlined in my initial reply are the reasons why I edited Clark out of the final cut.
Who would be a good choice, and who will be chosen are completely separate issues.
Obama has built such enthusiasm, who he picks as VP can't really help him, they can only succeed in not hurting him. CRK
