@yousuckmyballz29 it motivates people but i do agree , although there and back again is perhaps the only one for general workout music of theirs but other than that its for motivation :P
@caddersdx247 u said you were a personal trainer. i was wondering if you could answer a question for me. somtimes after i do legs really hard i puke everywhere. i get good sleep, keep hydrated, have a healthy heart, and eat complex carbs around 1 and a half hours before. do you know what might be causing this or know how to stop it?(i work extremely hard if that means anything to answering my question)

yes i am a certified personal trainer , i work with amateur bodybuilders and the general public , im into lifting weights but its a science for me rather than just to look good if u see what i mean
@caddersdx247 i feel like if your gonna put a comment section on a video you should be willing to hear the good and the bad from people. grown men dont easily have their feelings hurt, especially on something as trivial as youtube. I like bodybuilding, started out doing it but the adrenaline rush of power lifting is what I'm focused on these days. ill see if i can't send you some videos i find inspiring and helpful.
