i have a question i am highly interested in getting this game but looking at the cars damage meter what is the thing inbetween the rear tires that goes from green to red alot?

@TheFirecracker416 The engine. The temps can damage the engines slightly. The colour is showing that the engine is performing within a workable limit. You will notice that HerMcDer had very high revs off the line, and his went red, whilst ImpulsivePlay3r didn't cane his engine off the line.

@Gurkan8994 he just has a few individual mods installed I think, like the black and gold renault, the pirellis,..Don't think there's a full 2011 mod out...yet

You could use this format also for teaching clean racing and good racing lines and where and how to overtake and how to respect other drivers lines... We could all benefit from it...;)

So am i right in thinking that any livery or helmet mods installed are visible to other people in multiplayer games.

@jamesscotland1973 Only if the other person has the exact same mods installed as well. Otherwise they will just see the standard liveries or helmets.

Thanks Steve for the funny video edit! Real fun this way! I had a really good race. Led almost the whole race. Andrew and Kriska were catching up in the end and me spinning didn't help either. I defended my postion with Andrew for a short while, but then while looking behind forgot to break for the friggin hairpin and he got past and Kriska slotted in right behind me. Next lap caught back up to Andrew and then just before the start of the last lap he ran out of fuel and I didn't. Great first win

@yninjay not everyone can record.... more of a crash fest? what do you expect, we are all competing to be in pole position or get 2nd atleast, there will always be bumps and spins, it's part of racing.

Squeky clean racin doesn't exist.

Hey Steve, i had a rather hard time on this race.... me and Andrew had great set ups but we didn't bargain for the temperature on the track, it was rather cold which led to me spinning a few times/ hence why i cut the video short, im sure you didn't want to see boring stuff :P i am using auto gears for now, im working my way to manual :)

@ImpulsivePlay3r The pirellis look great, but I'm guessing there's no way to see if people are on options or primes with this mod? That would kind of rule out that I'd use 'em as imo it's very important to see on what tires your closest competitors are so you can judge your (and their) pace better.

@Cadmuss Yes, you cannot see what the other guys are unless you get close enough to see what the wording says .... P-Zero in white is options , In yellow is the Primes.... not checked the intermediate and wet yet.
