The judges recognized talents and in finale, all three judges gave three Rounds to David Archuleta and pronounced him as best singer of season 7, 2008. And they were perfectly right. The judges can be proud now in 2009 that their predictions were correct and David's star keep rising and he is having a wonderful music career. History will tell, David is one of the biggest star coming out of american idol.

The second david archuleta started singing I defininetly knew from the bottom of my heart that he was gonna make it all the way through to become the runner-up. He has an amazing voice. Just because he didn't win doesn't mean he won't do good he's fantastic. America made another error. David Archuleta is IS THE AMERICAN IDOL AND THE WORLD IDOL. One thing I appreciated about him is that he knew how to take it when he was be criticized for certain parts in his performances he didn't pout like a big baby like cook would do or cry like syeesha did like a big baby. David Archuleta was the youngest out of all of them and the older ones cried or got an attitude like big babies.

Nothing against David Cook, he's a great talent as well. A versatile, well-rounded performer, but he strikes me as more of the lead singer in a band type.

Archuleta is such a more pure vocalist, which is what the competition was supposed to be all about. They'll both go on to do their thing, but D.A. deserved to win because he's a better overall singer and was so especially in the finals.

D.A. was certainly my winner.
