@MaskedMan66 - that clip comes from a BBC promotional show called Disney Time (which finished many years ago). Every Bank Holiday, a celebrity would introduce a compilation of Disney film clips. Tom did his one in character as the Fourth Doctor, and the clip here is from the closing moments of that show. It was written to tie in with the first episode of Terror Of The Zygons, which was screened shortly after to start the new season.

To be honest SurBez , Torchwood hasint replaced U.N.I.T. at all , it does still exist , it's just that we know now that because of the Doctors so called interferance in the laws of the time , he ends up creating Torchwood before U.N.I.T. even exists , meaning that Torchwood has been around even before 1963's An Unearthly Child . Speaking of Torchwood , that isint Burn Gormans voice is it im hearing ? .
