My one regret in life is that I never investigated home birthing for my two children - now 16 & 22. Actually my experience with the first did lead me to look into home birthing (an unnecessary caesarean) but Pennsylvania law forbade me from having a home birth. I look forward to the day when women are more informed and empowered about their health care choices - but feel that, in many respects we're going backwards.
Toss me into tears why don't ya! lol. Its beautiful. I LOVE how informed the other children are. It is so much less stessful when the other children are involved isn't it? My kids are preparing for another home birth. Its amazing to be able to bring in new life as a family at home.
