Hes showing you how to do this move with CORRECT FORM. If you prefer to do it without perfect form, then dont do it his fucking way. Stop complaining so damn much.
Hey Vince, today I tried one arm rows with technique you showed and I felt great. A little thing like putting a shoulder over a wrist makes really difference. At least I felt difference.
Thanks again, Vince. You've been helping me a lot!
Vince its not posible to lift heavy weights without any sort of fast movements and doiing everything ultra slow and as strict as they teach you in P.E classes
Camera is decent, need better sound though. Re:CluckcluckPow, I actually do appreciate Vince giving us all the details. That just varies from person to person though, as we all have different goals and whatnot.
Sorry Vince but I have to disagree with your video here. Correct form is great and something everyone should focus on but this is just too much. You do this during the lift and you'll be thinking of doing everything, but moving the weight. And c'mon man you and I both know when we're trying to push ourselves this type of form is just unrealistic. Not saying throw form out the window but I'm pretty sure you understand me. Not trying to knock you or anything just putting my opinion.
@CluckcluckPow I respectfully disagree back for a few reasons: 1. Correct form takes time and even if it takes 3 months to learn, wouldn't you rather have correct form afterwards? 2. This risk of injury is not worth sacrificing form for extra weight. 3. "Pushing yourself" does not require heavier and heavier weights. There is no reason you can't have an intense workout with proper form ... hence the importance of learning proper technique!
@CluckcluckPow it's all about preference. but as vince said heavier weights are more prone to injury (but good for ego and confidence i guess) personally, i mix it up.
@CluckcluckPow i agree. with proper form, the amount of weight i would be able to lift would do nothing to improve my mass gains. if i were as big as that guy and only trying to maintain/define/perfect, then form is a crucial aspect. i'm simply not to that point, and i won't be for a while. there needs to be a bit of compromise depending on the level of the lifter.
@CluckcluckPow I very much understand where you are coming from with this point, and I tend to agree that that the rules need to be adjusted when dealing with heavier weights. I think the advantage to learning proper form is that you KNOW the rules and can then bend them when you need to which is very different from not knowing the rules at all! It really is a balance, Vince obviously takes a hard-line stance as a role model but in the real world of course 'form may vary' with heavier weight.
C'mon Vince you're just showing off your hot ass wife...i've watched the vid several times now; it works. In all seriousness this helped a lot.

Type in Scott Abel one arm db row to see a great way to really stretch the lat under resistance which in turn makes it grow!!
