@Markmikunda No it will be too thick. Cornstarch is best for this. It is used frequently for many sauces. Gravy is best with flour (preparing a roux). Good point! KtC
@scarecrow1701 We slow cook them too. But there are many ways to prepare. I have few recipes here for ribs. Some BBQ/ oven andother methods. I love ribs! KtC
@nubbytubbys It is a meat/ sauce thing :) Yes, certainly great without the sauce (however, not really a batter here but a dusting, so they really are soft/ mushy). A quick crispy nibbler (can always dip in sauce). Any seasoning goes. Similar to my Super Bowl Rib video (search). A quick, dry tasty rib. cheers! KtC
@drakeconstant All of the above. I like a traditional recipe but what is traditional? Depends where you are and what you have. I mix it up. I like to cook! Thank you, cheers! KtC
@drakeconstant I should also mention that some recipes/ suggestions are provided by 'you folks'. Any ideas? I will try to add them to the list. Best! KtC
k2c iam on a diet :( you got any ideas of a low calorie and low carb meal? maybe grilled chicken w. a certain seasoning, or shrimp prepared a certain way? btw iam not eating any beef, pork, or anything fried.
@HoldUpOneTime I certainly know of a few chicken/ shrimp ones. I find steamed bone/ skin less chicken breasts wrapped/ tied around asparagus is tasty. (Grilled too is tasty). I do have some recipes low on the carbs. posted ('some'). I will make note and try to post more. (warning though, there are a few hi-carb. vids. coming soon) :D Thank you for asking/ suggestions and good luck! KtC
@anmoose Hi Moosie! Yes, a different method worth trying. Any tasty Asian sauce is great (if I am lazy I use the cherry sweet stuff for chicken balls). Any blend of Asian seasoning works too (ginger, onion, garlic, 5-spice). Have a great day! KtC
@jakluk4 Hi Jak! Thanks a bunch and best to you pretty lady. I was catching up your vids. mid-week and (as always) really impressed with your thoughts and views. Keep it up! KtC
@scentedhoneysuckle The sauce is on the tangy and sweet side. A quick sauce that goes well with the ribs. There are deep fryers that have filters and such. Changing the oil regularly helps keep the smell down. Your welcome! KtC
@chupamiubre Sure you can fry anything lol. No fooling here though because the method does produce a drier (crispy) rib. Really tasty though. Something different to try (and quick). cheers, KtC
Would you be able to make some beef ribs sometime? Just a request, I never see much of them but they taste really good too. And, as always, great video here =D
@fezan84 I have many beef ribs recipes to share. I planned a vid. once but the BBQ got out of hand (party) and the filming fell flat :D It happens. The ribs were great though lol.
@Sventasis I have a few variable posts although not entirely vegan. I love the veggies though. I have a mushroom burger posted somewhere here. A few salads and a few other 'just veggie' dishes. Yes, I will prepare a few more. Thanks for suggesting. cheers! KtC

OMG! Fried ribs!
Canada rocks!
Here in the southern US we would BBQ or smoke ribs slow and and low for many hours...
but we also love fried things, but this was an eye-opener for me!
From a guy that's had deep fried candy bars and pickles!
Guess I'll try deep fried bacon next and just up the cholesterol meds :)

I dunno, I think they would be better with out putting them in the sauce after frying, to keep them crispy y'know?

Those ribs look yummers!
Have you ever made a molasses/mustard sauce for pork? So good!

@Texa41 I have variable BBQ sauces/ marinades and others where I use the molasses. I will cross-check and see what I have missed. Nice idea S.
