Same here, I'm now lvl 28 on my Trooper and still no invite back to jaxo but I've noticed I'm still only on chapter 1? Maybe that has something to do with it?
The encounter with Jaxo in this video was a optional quest called "A little R and R" if I remember correctly. She gave him the option to visit her after a class quest I had done just after receiving my first ship. Hope this helps you for when SWTOR is released :)

Odd, I didnt encounter this with my trooper class in the Beta, i met her but no romance encounter.
