the title says "Mehfil Naat" you can recite hamds in a naat mehfils.

btw, is it supposed to be "Melaad Shareef" or melaad street in the title?

and YES.. the street named "Meelad Street" is found in Faisal Town, Lahore and its in neibourhood of Minhaj-ul-Quran Central Secretariate Lahore, Minhaj-ul-Quran always urges and moltivates the people to celebrate Meelad Sharif thats why the people of Faisal Town decided to attribute this main street to "meelad mubarak" and now its called "Meelad Street"
