  • I wanted to use your video with my kids in my classroom. But I can't use big azs eskimo gloves. It's a great video. You might want to consider shooting this again.

    Thanks

  • "big ass eskimo gloves"

  • Do you carry the ten essentials in the ditty bag? at all?

  • No. I don't think I've ever carried all of the ten essentials at any given point. So far, I've been either lucky or smart. I guess I won't know until I need them. ;)

  • you might considder carying a small trowel and some toiletpaper for when you run out of luck :) Just kidding, nice vid thanks

  • Great video Jason!

We use the MSR Denali classics. They have a pair of sawtooth blades along the sides that allow us to traverse sideways across a slope.

    Bill

  • Hey Bill,

The Denalis are great snowshoes. I love those blades for lateral traction. I really want the new Tubbs Flex Alps that have the same feature plus all the other features I love about Tubbs snowshoes. I can't spend the money right now but when I can, I'm going to treat myself to a pair. Tubbs makes a mean snowshoe!

  • Finally! Thanks so much, I've been waiting for a good snowshoe gear video from someone on this site

  • Thanks man!
