the kingdom of God is spiritual (john 3), those that are citizens of the kingdom are born again or are forgiven of their sins. the physical kingdom of heaven doesn't come until CHRIST returns for the 1000 yr reign. so we show others about this spiritual kingdom through our actions and deeds. Please study the scriptures for yourself.

How does your faith effect your voting, how you treat the poor or the foreigner. While the Gospel message is certainly the most important message on earth, there are plenty of things keeping Christians from living/speaking that message and this video seems pointed at helping Christians see it's about Jesus and what HE wants, not about our happiness or our fulfillment.

Brian Mclaren is bending the word of God. Jesus came to save the unsaved. That is the core of the gospel. The other things is breadcrumbs compared to that. If Brian Mclaren was a man of God he would preach repentence from sin. But he is only talking about the power of love. A muslim or a hindu or even an atheist could say the same. But that won't save them and either will Brian Mclarens vaque message.Talk about the real Jesus instead of that mombo jombo.

All I can say is your crazy if you actually believe that is the only reason he came. Yes he came to save us from our Sin. But the way he did it is he showed us how we must live which is sinless. And through prayer and living a sinless life you enter the kingdom of heaven. And we all know that it is impossible for us to be completely sinless but you still have to make an effort if you want to experience the blessings of God. That is why when Jesus healed the sick he said "Sin no more."

Well don't you know that Mclaren is preaching one God, many ways? Not one God, one way. So Mclaren is saying it doesn't matter what you believe, just be a good person. But Jesus says there are no good but God. Who do you wanna follow, Jesus or Mclaren?

But what he says and writes is the opposite of that. It is not the powerful kingdoms of man but the kingdom which Jesus described in the gospels - where the peacemakers are blessed and the meek will inherit the earth. What he descibes is the biblical Kingdom of God.
