Like an addict in need of their drug of choice. So too, it an emotional addict in need of whichever thoughts dominate their thinking. The body literally changes and adapts to the chemical cause and effect of our thinking. It takes a little time for new receptors to replace old ones. It isn't too long for the change. In the meantime, you must change your thinking, this is the key. Try biofeedback to help you gauge your progress. Don't be afriad, you're in charge and you're more than capable.
The reason developing healthy patterns of thought is so important is because how we think affects our biology. Negative thoughts such as doubt, worry, fear, self loating all bring about specific changes in our biology. Peptides are secreted, and are received by receptors and taken into our cells. Over time, our cells adapt to the peptides that are secreted most often. Previous receptors are replaced, and our bodies will begin to call up to the brain for a daily fix for the dominate receptors.
I recommend you try biofeedback. biofeedback will monitor how your thoughts affect your heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension and skin temperature. You will have instant feedback on the cause and effect your thoughts are having on your physical well being. From there you will be able to develop a coping strategy, and learn to think in a new way, one that allows well being. Once again, you will have instant feedback. You will see on the monitors which thoughts are helpful or hurtful.
This woman knows what she's talking about. Patterns of thought, in turn, establish patterns in biology. Currently, established patterns of thought, our very conciousness is expanding. Our sense of self, our identities are being challenged and are shifting. With it new realities are being birthed. Just as in the physical birthing process, relaxing and allowing each contraction to come, the discomfort is experienced and it passes. It's a natural process, and so too, is our expansion.

@soulplayorb
It's not really meant to be an interview, but more sort of a public sharing of a healing session.
