  • Thanks for the trouble you took from her eyes

I thought it was there for good

    That's why I never tried

    simply amazing

  • simply <3

  • I cry every single time. She indeed is absolutely amazing. I just saw her live 2 days ago and it was pretty much the most beautiful thing ever.

  • wsly, I did'nt see your comment until I sent mine. I mentioned her squirming on that bench. Never until I sen her on David Letterman did I ever think I would dream of being a piano bench until that night, and she still does that. She is so hot and sexy, and that moving around is part of that passion of hers. To witness that front row, I envy you. I have never seen her live, and to be front row at 15, that would be a bit distracting, hell I was 31 when I seen her and it got my attention, lol.

  • Tori a cheap duplicate of Kate Bush??okay; believe what you want. Kate Bush is a great artist but even she did'nt put this kind of passion in her playing and she never squirmed around like Tori on the piano bench. There are several great women artists that play piano and sing, besides Kate and Tori, there is Sarah Mclachlan(who I also love) Regina Spektor and more recently sara Bareillas. each brings something really good to the table and have their own syles.

  • I love this song.. love how she does it!! Wonderful indeed!!

  • This is a Wonderful song! Love it!

  • famous blue raincoat is so emotional....i love the message it brings...and i love this...its as good as (or better than) the one on concertina single

  • Tori did distract from her musical talent and song selections by gyrating on her piano bench too much! Why did she feel the need to distract from her music by putting on a sexual performance? This is by far my fav of her covers. I would not want to see her perform it live because she would have gyrated to much on the piano bench!

  • First time I saw here it was 1992. I love and appreciate her talent but it was hard to concentrate on that while she was basicaly masturbating with the piano bench while playing. I was front row. I was fifteen. quite an experience

  • hehe I was the same age when i saw her and I think I had the same experience as you..she was amazing

  • probably/hopefully you know this, but this is a cover of a Leonard Cohen song.

  • I do know that..;) speaking of which I actually have a version of Silet all these years with Leonard doing a poem of his in the begining its quite lovely

  • Your welcome!! I am so glad you enjoyed..much love!!!!!

  • /cry

  • She really is the sweetest child on earth. I don't know what I would do without Tori's music.

  • You might say that:-)

  • this tribute brings tears to my eyes and I really mean it... the mixture of feelings Tori brings to life in me is overwhelming... sadness, happiness all together... I never thought I could miss somebody without actually ever meating that somebody... I saw her only once at a concert on stage and when she got into the van and left(there was no meet and greet)...the respect and appreciation I feel when it comes to her have no limits whatsoever

full of genius, impeccable, sweet creature Tori Amos

  • You have given me the best comment EVER!!!! She can bring out emotions in me that I didnt even know I had..Much love to you hun!!!

  • Don't thank me, thank Tori... she brings out the best in me, she's worth every single good comment and more, I'm just one of the very fortunate people in this world that "understand" her. Ever since I stumbled across a few of her "girls"(songs), about 3 years ago, my fascination grew stronger and is officially everlasting... I respect, appreciate and admire, understand and feel her with every fibre of my being... I adore this full of genius, sweet creature and each and every one of her "girls".

  • When I listen to this there is a warmth flooding in my heart, I guess the it true admiration and appreciation for one of the most brilliant artist in the world. Loving this~
