What a person Does with their body is none of the churches business. Choosing to screw someone is personal between 2 people. If a Job asked about ur sexual life I'd get an Attorney and sue as u should. The church is a cult. 15 criteria has to be met for a "religion" to be a cult. Christianity fits all 15. @HitmeupChris: God created sex and said it is good. God also created sex with boundaries and the boundary is a monogaous, marital relationship. If God blesses you wtih marriage, then you can enjoy the gift of sex. If you do not marry, God's Word is clear that sex is off limits. This is not to "take something away from you," but to protect you from unncessary pain of sex with no commitment.

I am 33, single and praying for God to use me as a missionary to rescue orphans in Ukraine.

Read 2 Corinthians 12:9 and then 1 Corinthians 10:13. In first verse, Paul says that Christ's grace is sufficient. As we depend upon God, He will help us at every turn with our weaknesses. Then, Christ will give us grace to make holy and healthy choices regarding our physical bodies. In 1 Corinthians 10:13, Paul shows that God always provides the path of the right choice, but it is our responsibility to take it. Running from temptation leads to victory! Through Christ, you can do this!

actually......... God says that sexual immorality is a sin. but he never explicitly stated that it was confined to strictly one "monogamous, marital relationship." that's a cultural establishment.

Sexual sin is often portrayed as normal and desirable, while marriage is often portrayed as confining and joyless. However, God forbids sexual sin because He knows its powre to destroy us physically (disease) and spiritually (lack of commitment with whom you shared your body).

@77ukraine where are you getting that from that verse? again, this verse speaks against "sexual immorality," which is never clearly defined in scripture. Under levitical law is was fine for men to have multiple wives. look at king david, he had a shit ton of wives and was still in favor with God. My point is: stop quoting the answers you learned in sunday school and actually study the text. don't just listen to what you pastor told you, because the church invented a lot of shit.
