for google chrome just go to options>under the hood>content settings>next to java script put don't allow >>>>>>>>the reload the pager with the survey and wala >>>>>some surveys still come up ooooo and enable again the java script,,, thumbs up of this worked

A real one that actually works (except on sharecash) is survey-remover . Com Just add the bookmarklet to your bookmarks. When you need it, just click it and the survey will go away, and then you won't have to do it
