Iraq was a continuation of a war in which Iraq had officially surrendered, but wasn't following the terms of the surrender.
Please, study your history of the events that led up to 9/11 and then the subsequent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan before making a total idiot of yourself in public.

Actually, 9/11 would never have happened if it hadn't been for Bill Clinton. It was his policies and lack of action that led towards 9/11. Of course, only die-hard lefties refuse to see the truth.
Iraq, take 1, was under Bush Sr. and then was technically going under Clinton, but most people don't seem to remember that part. It never officially ended because Saddam kept it going nearly daily. You don't surrender and then keep attacking and think they aren't going to strike back.
