That is called a "waltz jump". It is basically a half-turn.
While skating on your right leg, swing the left forward and kick upwards. You momentarily end up in the air, doing a half turn. Land on the left leg, and stop your body from spinning by extending the right leg out.

I use the Bladerunner "Twist" inline skates. It is really nothing special.

try do eagle in big circles, den small circles, eg in basketball courts, gradually u'll be able to eagle straight.
