  • Does aqnyone have any info on the simulated climbing rope pulldown? It looks like it's mounted high up near the cieling. Id love to know what they are using to hook that setup up. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

  • @67bml zach said it was a farmers pulley like for lifting hey/hay whatever the spelling is and he said they picked it up on amazon...he said it in the video so you can watch it again in case i missed anything

  • I hope you guys realise how lucky you are to live near/in places as beautiful as that. Over here(uk) all the houses are back to back and the size of match boxes, and we definately don't have gyms like that.

    We're lucky if we get 50 days of sunshine a year :( ....and to own a house that isn't stuck to another one you have to be rich :(

    Safety squat bar, it's a lifesaver when you have any sort of an injury.

  • hey bro, for warm up I use some easy calisthenics, sodt tissue work, movement such as jump rope, skips, hops, jumps, etc.

    I get the mind and body prepped and then get busy, takes about 7 minutes

    sometimes I add indian clubs to prepp the upper body more so

  • thanks a lot. I go to Ramapo College, it's in Mahwah, I study Physical therapy, but with this economy it looks like i'm going to go for a master's in exercisce science. when it's closer to the summer time maybe i'll talk to you about a possibly internsip in your facility
