hey intelgamersguide, i have a somewhat effective solution to reduce a fair bit of lag on your games. I have a dual core, 2.16 GHz with an intel 4500 integrated chipset, and i can run COD4 well in indoor areas, im surprised it ran at all lol.

Download gamebooster. I know it sounds like spyware but it shuts down all background processes that you dont need when gaming, and REALLY decreased lag.

It doesnt do alot, but it was enough to make a few graphics-intensive games bearable. try it out.

I have the same Chipset as u and i found i could have all graphics up full but the ones i didnt have all the way up but all the way down were Shadows and another one which gets rid of all of the grass and bushes nad it runs perfectly normal. My conclusion of this is shadows on this chipset it really crap other than that its a good graphics card for a budget computer because my comuter is a Compaq C7793vu and it was $500 AU after cashback so yea its a good system for the price
