I think that the Worcester Sharks should possibly rename themselves the Worcester Ice Cats, but you know, still be an affiliate of the San Jose Sharks. I mean, the Portland Pirates for example went through like 3 NHL affiliate changes, and yet they have always been called the Pirates. Who is with me?

I honestly thought Scratch was the greatest anthropomorphic creatures out there. (And I'm not saying this to exaggerate. I really thought he was that awesome.)
I highly agree with you! Scratch had it ALL. He knew how to work the kidss, adults and the crowd in general. He was a like-able character. Funny, witty & wise. Almost like a cartoon character come to life. It's just not the same without Scratch. My best/fave times were with the IceCats!
i remember going to IceCats games in elementary school. good times....Scratch ftw!

I miss Scratch. I actually came from Waltham, MA to see IceCats games at the DCU Centre in Worcester.
