I actually think there's a lot of good American movies myself. I also think there's a lot of good foreign movies. But if were given the chance to rank this particular Korean movie, it's not their best. Good Korean movies I would say are "Friend(2000)", "Old boy(not sure of year I think 2006)", "Tae Gu Ki (war movie based on Korean war)", and "Mu Sa" amongst many others.
