How can anyone watch this stuff when the theme of America is the Humilithon of Life with Simon Cowell (not even an American Idol) leading the way with his banner of Hate Talk. It is just a metaphor, kids, for a country that is always at war and hates everyone. As for the choir I didn't really like that, wish he would have done it without them. But Lee is really good, and he does have a great recording voice that will sell records. I think Lee is amazing, and he is a rocker which rock music is my fave so of course I want Lee to win and would support Lee's career. As for this performance I think Lee was great, I wouldn't call it the best in idol history, and I also would have preferred it without the choir. But Lee has a great radio voice, and the judges see that. The contestants that have been really successful like Kelly C, Carrie U, and Daughtry have all had great radio/commerical voices.
