@Larzabeth They are shooting the donkeys in this park. It is unexceptable and the burro's are suffering because of greed so some rich man can hunt Bighorn Sheep for $150,000 per Sheep. Just Google "TEXAS SHOOTING DONKEYS" and it will tell the whole story.

the infamous governor Miss Richards bought this ranch for the state but left a big square chunk to someone so she could fly in and party. It was the most beautiful part they say.

Going this may to do the 107 mile trail on bike with my friends it should be pretty intense!
