@2010Tibetan Well some dog breeds have their names in different language. It helps people that have diffiulty saying "Do-Khyi". Tibetan Mastiff is the English name. Zang Ao is the Chinese name. I am neither Tibetan, American or Chinese but I like calling the breed "Zang Ao" because it is more simple, short and easy for me to say it.

Hello,most of the Tibetan mastiffs are so calm that they aren't keep in China because they don't need to guard anything and just to be a family member at home.We can train them to be a polite dog,Zodd's owner have said that Ganzi was heis best friend so they could play so happy.

@GhostChain13 - Zodd is a GREAT guard dog, but not when we are off his territory.
Ganzi is Zodd's very good friend. They have know eachother since Ganzi was only 10 weeks old.
