Normalman50... If you think Victoria is bad, what about the USA... their sewage gets pumped into tankers, and when they're full, they get taken out to sea and it gets dumped, so the Pacific current takes it south. No wonder you can't drink the water down in Mexico! It's all filled with USA Crap!

Those are really tough whales. Imagine being able to survive in water that the city of Victoria has been dumping raw sewage in for more than one hundred years. Yes, 100% of all human sewage is being dumped directly into the Juan De Fuca waters. It is no wonder the whales are looking a little brown around the edges.
